Value Ingredients operates a BRC A grade certified spice processing unit at Chennai, India with following capabilities.
Pre-cleaning of whole spices- Our facility can clean a multitude of seed spices and we have a fully integrated pre cleaning line for chillies with a unique de stoning system that ensures 100% stone free processed chillies.
Grinding/crushing to required particle size- The facility has 3 mills with a combined capacity to process 20 MT per day of ground spices.
Steam sterilisation – Our steriliser incorporating European technology with a capacity of 1 mt per hour enables us to deliver microbial control without impacting colour and volatile oils in spices. The sterilised product is packed in a clean room with filtered air and positive air pressure.
Blending line- We have a 2 MT blender which enables us to ensure consistency across processing batches. The blending line is also used to produce curry powders and other spice blends and has a capacity of 25 MT per day.
